Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern your use of mobeliving.id (the “Site”) operated by Mobeliving (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indonesian law to place an order.

2. Account Registration

You may browse the Site as a guest. To complete a purchase or access order history, you must register an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@mobeliving.id

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

3. Orders & Payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the item and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at checkout via our supported payment methods (bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallet, or BNPL services).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all regions of Indonesia. Delivery times and costs vary by location and chosen courier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product colours, dimensions, and materials. However, monitor calibrations vary and actual product colours may differ slightly from images. Dimensions listed include a tolerance of ±2 cm. Natural materials such as wood, rattan, and leather will exhibit variation in grain and texture — this is a feature, not a defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and code — is the property of Mobeliving or its content licensors and is protected by Indonesian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobeliving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
