Orders
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallet, or BNPL. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
Modifications and cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been picked by our warehouse. Email hello@mobeliving.id immediately with your order number. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible — you would need to initiate a return upon delivery.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Track via My Orders or directly on the courier’s website or app.
We will notify you by email within 1 business day. You can choose a substitute product, wait for restock (estimated dates provided where available), or receive a full refund.
Shipping
Currently we ship within Indonesia only. International shipping is on our roadmap. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Jabodetabek: 1–2 business days. Java (outside Jabodetabek): 2–4 days. Sumatra & Bali: 3–5 days. Other regions: 4–14 days. See our full Shipping Information page.
Yes! Orders over Rp 2.500.000 qualify for free standard shipping to Java and Bali. Shipping costs for other regions and expedited services are calculated at checkout.
Tracking updates can sometimes lag, particularly at weekends or during peak periods. Wait 24 hours and check again. If it still hasn’t moved, contact us at hello@mobeliving.id with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Returns
Log into your account, go to My Orders, select the item, and click “Request Return”. Or email returns@mobeliving.id with your order number and reason for return.
14 days from the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Once the returned item passes inspection (3 business days), your refund is processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. E-wallet refunds are typically faster (1–3 days).
Products
We photograph products in natural light with colour-calibrated equipment. However, monitor and screen settings vary, so the actual colour may differ slightly. We offer fabric and finish samples for selected products — check the product page or contact us.
Yes! Many of our pieces are available in custom configurations. Look for the “Customise” option on the product page, or contact us to discuss your requirements. Custom orders require a 50% deposit and have a lead time of 3–6 weeks.
Yes. All Mobeliving furniture carries a 12-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Upholstery and fabric carry a 6-month warranty. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
Our furniture is designed in-house and crafted by skilled Indonesian artisans in workshops across Java. We source wood, rattan, and natural fibres from sustainable local suppliers where possible. Each product page lists the origin and materials.
Account
You can browse as a guest, but you’ll need an account to complete a purchase. An account also gives you wishlist saving, order tracking, saved addresses, and faster checkout. Create one for free.
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive.
Email privacy@mobeliving.id with your account email address and the subject “Account deletion request”. We’ll process it within 14 business days, retaining only data required by law (e.g. tax records).
Payment
We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), virtual accounts, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, QRIS, and BNPL services (Kredivo, Akulaku). Available options are shown at checkout.
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — we never store your card number. Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
Yes! We support 0% instalment via select credit cards and BNPL services (Kredivo, Akulaku). The instalment option appears at checkout when you select an eligible payment method. Terms and credit limits are set by the payment provider.
