Returns & Refunds

14-day return window — your satisfaction is our priority.

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return guidelines below before initiating a return.

1. Return Policy Overview

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included
  • Free from damage caused after delivery (scratches, stains, assembly marks)
We photograph all items before dispatch. Items returned with damage not present at time of shipping may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

2. Eligible & Ineligible Items

Returnable

  • Standard catalogue items in unused condition
  • Items delivered in error (wrong product or colour)
  • Defective or damaged-in-transit items (see Damaged Items section)

Non-returnable

  • Custom and made-to-order furniture (finishes, dimensions, or upholstery specified by you)
  • Items that have been assembled or show signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or hardware
  • Mattresses and bedding (hygiene reasons) once unpacked
  • Sale and clearance items marked “final sale”

3. How to Return

    Initiate your return Log into your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click “Request Return”. Alternatively, email us at returns@mobeliving.id with your order number.
  2. 2
    Receive return authorisation Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. 3
    Pack and ship Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box. Drop off at the courier or schedule a pickup (pickup available in Jabodetabek).
  4. 4
    Inspection & approval Once we receive the item, our team inspects it within 3 business days. We’ll email you the inspection result.
  5. 5
    Refund issued Upon approval, your refund is processed within 7–14 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit can be issued instead of a refund if you prefer — no processing time, usable immediately.

5. Exchanges

Want a different colour, size, or product? We process exchanges as a return + new order. This ensures you get your new item faster without waiting for the return cycle. Contact us at returns@mobeliving.id and we’ll hold stock for you while your return is processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? We’re so sorry. Please:

  • Document the damage with photos or video immediately upon receipt
  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@mobeliving.id
  • Include your order number and the photos

For damage-in-transit cases, we will replace or fully refund the item at no additional cost, including return shipping.
