We ship to all 34 provinces of Indonesia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all regions of Indonesia including:
- Jabodetabek — Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi
- Java — Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Malang, Solo
- Sumatra — Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Batam, Lampung
- Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali & Nusa Tenggara
- Maluku & Papua — available via selected couriers; longer transit times apply

We work with trusted national logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- JNE — Regular, YES (same-day), and OKE services
- J&T Express — Economy and Express options
- SiCepat — REG and HALU express services
- TIKI — ONS (overnight), HDS, and Regular
- Wahana — Java-focused delivery at competitive rates
- Deliveree / Kargo — For oversized furniture requiring dedicated truck delivery
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery after dispatch (business days):

Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods (Lebaran, year-end sales). Custom and made-to-order items have additional production lead time stated on the product page.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, item weight, and chosen courier. We offer:
- Free shipping on orders over Rp 2.500.000 to Java and Bali (standard service)
- Flat-rate and volumetric pricing for large or heavy items
- Real-time courier rates for all other destinations
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier name. You can track your shipment:
- Directly on My Orders in your account
- On the courier’s website or app using your tracking number
- Via our customer support team at hello@mobeliving.id
6. Large & Oversized Items
Sofas, wardrobes, dining sets, and other large furniture require dedicated vehicle delivery. For these items:
- Delivery is arranged separately and our team will contact you to schedule a date and time
- Please ensure clear access to your home — ground-floor delivery included; stair/lift carry may incur additional charges
- White-glove delivery with room placement is available in Jabodetabek and Surabaya — inquire at checkout
